At Collective Wedding Styling we have a strict consultation and wedding timeline process that ensures you are our number one priority.

Booking Process

​

Step One: 15 minute consultation

​

Initially, you may book a 15 minute FREE over-the-phone consultation. 

This entails a discussion about availability, styling packages, requirements for your wedding, and a price indication however does not plan out any personalised styling.

If this call is missed, there will be another free curtsy booking available via our website.

​

Step Two: 1 hour consultation

​

If your interest with Collective Wedding Styling continues and would like to discuss your special day in more depth, book via our website into our 1 hour detailed consultation. This is held in person, via zoom or at the venue depending on preference and staff availability.

 

Our detailed consultation entails organising your floor plan, props, styling options and an onsite venue visit. At the conclusion of the consultation an invoice will be issued with all inclusions discussed for the wedding day. 

 

A fee of $150 is applicable for the comprehensive consultation, which will be deducted from the final quote should you choose to proceed with booking Collective Wedding Styling. 

 

Please adhere to the Cancellation Policy prior to booking.

Step Three: Deposit

​

To secure your date with Collective Wedding Styling, kindly make a deposit to confirm and reserve the date.

​

Please note that without a paid deposit, dates are not reserved, ensuring equal opportunities for everyone to schedule their weddings.

​

Act promptly, as we limit our bookings to only 2 weddings per month. This restriction ensures a personalized and stress-free wedding day experience for each couple.

Planning your Wedding

Step One: 6 Months before the Wedding

Our wedding stylist will work one on one with our clients to draw up the design of the bridal table, choose the centerpieces as well as set the final style and colour palette for the wedding day.

Step Two: 3 Months before the Wedding

Come into our showroom where a mock up of your bridal table and center pieces are presented to ensure all styling is perfect and make any changes if desired. 

​

Step Three: 1 Moth before the Wedding

Finalize the flooring plan due to RSVP's, create the seating chart with our graphic designer, positioning of guest tables, cake table and bridal table and work through the timeline of your day.

Keep in mind that we will be in contact and reachable at all times throughout this process for any changes of mind and support during the process.
